Hugh Look

Hugh Look has been involved in publishing, digital media and information technology for most of his working life. He has been at various times a journalist and editor, publisher, trainer and management consultant. He was diagnosed with ADHD in his mid-50s. He is trained as a Mental Health First Aider and at his last job set up a working group for neurodivergent colleagues. Its objective was to help the organisation get the greatest benefit from its neurodivergent staff by ensuring they could enjoy a happy and productive worklife, that their needs were understood and met, and that the organisation could be a hospitable and rewarding place for all. Since retirement from full-time work, he has been supporting small neurodiversity charities with advice on strategy and risk. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
